To design a beach facing accommodation thats a one of a kind experience in Malpe, Udupi. The Hotel is designed primarily to promote quality tourism in Malpe with the property being a land mark on the strip. The hotel is designed with premium sea facing rooms on both levels a cafe and a reception at the back.
The primary challenge in designing this hotel was to assemble in entire structure at site within 6 working days. The entire 18 rooms of this hotel is being built in Bangalore and shipped as containers to the site for final assembly.
