This project addresses a unique and time-sensitive requirement,  a fully functional hotel had to be designed and constructed within a single season to accommodate guests before the season’s end. Speed of execution, quality control, and future adaptability were key drivers of the design and construction strategy.

The hotel comprises 24 typical guest rooms, planned with efficient layouts to maximize comfort, functionality, and ease of maintenance. To achieve the aggressive timeline, the entire structure was executed using a complete modular dry-fix construction system.

The primary framework consists of a factory-fabricated modular steel system, precision-cut and pre-engineered to allow rapid on-site assembly with minimal wet work. Wall panels were pre-finished in the factory, integrated with high-performance thermal and acoustic insulation, enabling superior build quality while drastically reducing installation time on site.

All internal finishes were designed using modular fixing systems, allowing components to be easily replaced, upgraded, or reconfigured in the future without major demolition. This approach ensures long-term flexibility, lower lifecycle costs, and minimal operational disruption during future renovations.

The entire hotel was successfully completed within an impressive 90-day timeline, delivering a fully operational facility with consistent finish quality, enhanced sustainability, and exceptional construction efficiency. This project demonstrates the potential of modular construction as a scalable solution for rapid hospitality developments without compromising performance, durability, or guest experience.
